Gisele Bündchen has learned a lot since her divorce from Tom Brady six months ago.

Bündchen said she’s taking the time to “enjoy the good moments” in life and “learn from the bad ones,” and encouraged her fans to follow suit.

The supermodel became philosophical in a video post on Instagram in which she’s seen enjoying a scenic bike ride.

“We all have our fair shares of trials,” she wrote alongside the clip. “Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.

“Nothing is permanent. So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!”

The 42-year-old Brazilian repeated her caption in Portuguese.

Sporting a casual beach look, the mother-of-two rode her bike in vintage-style denim shorts, a tank top, and sandals.

In late March, Bündchen spoke to Vanity Fair about ending her 13-year marriage to the former NFL player.

“It’s tough because you imagine your life was going to be a certain way, and you did everything you could, you know?” she said.

“You give everything you got to achieve your dream. You give a hundred per cent of yourself, and it’s heartbreaking when it doesn’t end up the way you hoped for, and worked for, but you can only do your part.”

The sports legend shares his 15-year-old son Jack with his ex, Bridget Moynahan, and Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10, with Bündchen.

Bündchen also told the publication that their marriage was in trouble long before he changed his mind about retiring from football in 2022.

“Sometimes you grow together; sometimes you grow apart,” she said. “As time goes by, we realise that we just wanted different things, and now we have a choice to make.

“That doesn’t mean you don’t love the person. It just means that in order for you to be authentic and truly live the life that you want to live, you have to have somebody who can meet you in the middle, right?

“It’s a dance. It’s a balance.”
