Claudia Schiffer pregnant with third child

Supermodel Claudia Schiffer and her British film director husband Matthew Vaughn are expecting a third child, it was announced today.

The couple, who married in 2002, already have six-year-old Caspar and Clementine, aged five.
A spokeswoman said today: "I can confirm that Claudia is pregnant."

Schiffer has been a familiar face for more than 20 years, while her husband rose to prominence with the success of Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels, which he produced.

He later moved on to directing with Layer Cake and Stardust.

The couple are said to be "delighted" about their third child, which is thought to be due in May.
