X Factor presenter Caroline Flack has posted a throwback video from her first TV job – a raunchy scene with Danny Dyer.

Flack, 35, can be seen atop of the EastEnders actor in bed as she goes in for a kiss and asks him: "Do you mind if my friend joins us?".

She posted the recording to her Instagram account – and warned her 560, 000 followers that it isn’t “porn”.

“WORLD STOP! I've just found my first ever telly job online... And NO it's not porn ... It was a love scene with Danny dyer . I was youngggg,” she wrote.

The clip is from the 2001 film Is Harry On The Boat?, which followed the lives of reps on the island of Ibiza.

Flack - who was just 21 at the time - played 'Blonde' in the film while a young Dyer played the part of 'Brad'.

Another posted: “Absolute throwback @flackcaroline you've hardly even aged since then though you absolute queen.”

Flack recently appeared in the first trailer for the new series of X Factor.
