The thief who stole will.i.am’s car earlier this week has threatened to release unheard songs that he found in the vehicle.

The criminal took to the web to post a video threatening the star. Wearing a pair of sunglasses bedecked with star, a striped balaclava and using a vocoder, he boasted about what he would do with the cargo.

Posting on Vimeo under the name 'Will.i.leak', he says: "I took your car, your jewellery and your pride. I took your car on a joyride. I drove it slow, I drove it fast, I drove it 'til it had no gas. I made you worry and that's a drag, but ha ha ha, I've got your bag.

"Now what's inside, let's take a peak, gadgets, gadgets, songs to leak. I'll leak them here, I'll leak them there - I will leak them everywhere."

will.a.am found that his car had been stolen while he was at his album launch party in Los Angeles and although it was found 4 days later, the singer’s bag had been stolen with the disks in it.

The Black Eyed Peas star has taken to twitter to retaliate.

He tweeted, "Please don't support leaks... I'm trying my hardest to stay focused on what's important... & these guys will be found... Stop them... Please stop promoting this leak... Don't give the guys who stole my car & files power...

"Why would I put out unfinished songs and ask people not to promote them and constantly take them down from Youtube??? I have to let people know they are watching unfinished not approved leaks that were stolen from me.

"They will be found... I'm so p**sed."
