Victoria Beckham and husband David celebrate their 17th wedding anniversary with gushing messages
Victoria Beckham has celebrated her 17th anniversary by posting a gushing Instagram message about husband David.
The fashion designer shared a throwback snap from the couple’s wedding day on Monday morning, calling the former footballer her ‘best friend’.
Underneath the photo of the couple embracing back in 1999, the 42-year-old wrote:
“I feel so loved and truly blessed. My best friend,my love. The kindest man who inspires me every day.
“Happy Anniversary to the best husband and daddy in the world!! EVER! #HappilyEverAfter @davidbeckham @brooklynbeckham X VB.”
David returned the sentiment, posting his own picture of the couple on their wedding day.

“Wow 17 years ago to this day this happened... I was lucky to meet someone who has the same drive and wanted the same things in life,” he wrote.
“We have created 4 beautiful children and I couldn't wish for a more loving and caring mummy for them... Happy anniversary, I love u.”
The couple were married by Paul Colton, the Bishop of Cork, at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland, two years after they started dating.
Their son Brookyn was four months old at the time and acted as ring bearer at the ceremony.
