Tom Cruise reportedly hasn’t seen his daughter Suri in years according to new claims.

US magazine Us Weekly reports that the Hollywood star is allowed to see his 12-year-old daughter, who he shares with ex-wife Katie Holmes, for 10 days a month but “chooses not to because she’s not a Scientologist”.

Cruise and Holmes divorced in 2012 after six years of marriage, with Suri going to live with her mum after the split.

A source told the publication, which notes Cruise has not been pictured with Suri since 2013, that “Katie and Nicole have moved on from their time with Tom and are leading their own lives outside of the church”.

Cruise shares two adopted children – Connor, now 23 and Isabella, now 25 - with Australian actress Nicole Kidman, who left the church when they split in 2001.

Connor and Isabella remained with Cruise following the break-up and were raised within the Church of Scientology.

Cruise, who was first introduced to scientology by ex-wife Mimi Rogers, has become one of the Church’s highest-profile members, alongside John Travolta and Kirstie Alley.

Standard Online has contacted representatives for Cruise and Holmes for comment.

Holmes, 39, has kept out of the limelight since her split with Cruise but recently went public about her romance with Jamie Foxx.
