Thom Yorke has admitted to being ‘f***** off’ about the sale of tickets to Radiohead’s Roundhouse concerts.

The frontman tweeted his frustration as thousands of fans attempted to purchase tickets on Friday morning.

Showing solidarity with the many people who complained about being in a left in long queues for hours, he wrote:

“I'm as f***** off as you are . and am only human.”

Tickets for the three-night residency went on sale for £65 on Friday morning on the Roundhouse website and Ticketmaster and sold out within minutes.

Fans were quick to take to Twitter to vent about being told they were in a queue before being informed that all tickets had sold out.

Tickets then started being touted on unofficial websites for as much as £3900 while some were even listed on eBay.

One person wrote on Twitter: “So depressing how fast those Radiohead tickets went & how poor the sites selling them are. How can you drop 8,000 places in the queue? xOx.”

Another posted: “Several eBay listings for Radiohead Roundhouse tickets already from user "tyorke" at hugely inflated price. Alarming and surprising..”
