One young man looking for love got a shock when a member of Take Me Out’s flirty 30 revealed that she was rejected by him on Tinder.

In scenes to be shown in Saturday night's episode, host Paddy McGuinness asks Seaneen why she turned her light off when Leslie came down in the love lift.

The Belfast born contestant then asks, "Are you on Tinder, Leslie?" before adding: "I know you're on Tinder!"

Leslie's face looks pained and not knowing how to handle the awkward situation, McGuinness adds: "Hashtag awks! Oh dear."

But it doesn't get any easier for Leslie as Seaneen reveals that her attempts to flirt on the dating app were met with silence and she tells McGuinness: "He didn't write back."

It’s not the first toe curling moment of the new series. Back in February ex partners Looci and Nick came face to face before attempting to rekindle their love on the Isle of Fernandos.

Take Me Out is on Saturday March 7 at 8.25pm on ITV.
