Susan Sarandon has said Piers Morgan is “milking” the attention he has received following his criticism of her SAG Awards outfit.

Morgan described Sarandon’s revealing attire as “tacky” and deemed it “inappropriate” for presenting an In Memoriam segment.

The actress hit back by sending Morgan a picture of herself in a bra alongside the caption, “Today’s #TBT is dedicated to @piersmorgan” which sparked supporters to inundate Morgan’s Twitter account with pictures of their cleavages.

Sarandon has now addressed the commotion and questioned whether Morgan has a job.

Speaking on Late Night with Seth Meyers she said: "Does he have a job? A real job? Why does he have so much time? He is doing something again today – he can’t stop.

"I don't think his mother nursed him. I hate to say, he’s milking this situation."

Her comments come days after the Good Morning Britain presenter was left blushing after Big Bang Theory actress Mayim Bialik showed her support for Sarandon by flashing her cleavage at Morgan on The Late Late Show.

Responding to Morgan’s comment about feminists sending him pictures of cleavages, she said, "You know what? I identify as a feminist, I'm going to do it this way," before opening up her green dress to flash the presenter.

Morgan started “overheating” before defending himself by stating that he “love[s] cleavages”.
