Kate Moss made a surprise entrance in a giant cake to serenade her friend at his 47th birthday party.

The model, 44, jumped out of the makeshift ‘sponge’ before singing to photographer, Mert Alas.

Moss was seen perched on the creation with a microphone as she performed a special tribute to the birthday boy.

Atlas was clearly bowled over by the touching performance and thanked her with a huge hug.

The celebratory bash, hosted by Ciroc at MNKY HSE in Mayfair, attracted a wealth of famous faces including Naomi Campbell and Lindsay Lohan.

Other guests included Idris Elba, Sabrina Dhowre, Lewis Hamilton and Fat Tony.

Moss was clearly allowing herself a break from her new healthy lifestyle, after revealing earlier this year that she had hit the gym.

The British model recently revealed she has lost an inch off her waist and is feeling the benefits of changing her diet.

Speaking to the Guardian she said: “I’ve really noticed an improvement since I’ve been more ‘on it’ with food – like eating salads and all that stuff – I never used to really eat salads. And now I’m like, juicing!

“When I was young I was so low maintenance I didn’t have to worry. My skin looks better when I eat well, too.”

Speaking about fitting exercise into her busy schedule she said: “I’ve joined a gym and all that, and it’s made me feel really good. I worked out for an hour every consecutive day for a couple of weeks and it was enough that I really started to see the benefits, which I’d never really done before.”
