Simon Cowell 'invites Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh to dinner for X Factor talks'
Sharon Osbourne said she would never return to The X Factor with Simon Cowell – but she may have had a change of heart.
Osbourne, 63, stepped out for dinner with the music mogul and former judge Louis Walsh, according to The Sun.
The trio are said to have dined together to see if their chemistry is right for the X Factor judging panel.
A source told the publication: “Simon and Sharon have feuded for years and always said they would not work for each other again. But Simon is willing to put the past behind them because he is convinced the chemistry of the original panel is needed.

“He invited Louis and Sharon for dinner so he could see if it was still the same as before.
“Louis is determined for Sharon to take the job. He has made it a big part of his decision to come back and has urged Simon to persuade her.”
Last year Osbourne said she would never return to the show alongside Cowell.
“I won’t come back with Simon Cowell,” she told Yahoo. “I’m not in touch with him, I’ve never been in touch with him.”
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini last week revealed she has stepped down from her role as a judge to focus on her music career. Nick Grimshaw also stood down from the role, joking that wanting to watch the show with a "curry" was the reason behind his decision to leave.
