Pamela Anderson has called on TV bosses to revamp 'Dancing on Ice' next year.

The 45-year-old, who was voted off the show on Sunday, found it "really difficult" on the programme, and believes show bosses should change next year's series by staging an elimination after "a couple of weeks" rather than in the first show of the new season.

She explained: "I think a good idea maybe for the future of the show is that they do a couple of weeks and then do the eliminations. It was just really difficult for me.

"I know I have the potential and the skating ability, the flexibility, the passion and the creativity. I could've really done some great things if I was around a little longer. But I'll do it somewhere else."

Following her shock exit, Pamela, who says she will continue skating in Las Vegas, is now backing EastEnders star Matt Lapinskas to win the competition.

Speaking on ITV1's This Morning, she added: "The one I think is great is Matt because he loved it so much. He's just great, he really loves it and I really hope that he wins."
