Serial cheat Spencer Matthews admits he might go to therapy to find out if he is addicted to sex.

The Made in Chelsea star - who has admitted to cheating on both of his ex-girlfriends, Lucy Watson and Louise Thompson, in recent months - is keen to find out whether or not he is addicted to sex, but thinks he is simply just a man in his 20s "enjoying the dream".

The 25-year-old said: "I'd have a pop at sex therapy, why not? It'd be interesting to work out if I have a problem or not.

"I think I'm just a young guy enjoying the dream."

Following his infidelity antics, Spencer is keen to remain single because he doesn't think he is ready for a serious relationship.

He added to OK! magazine: "Looking back, I don't see much point of being in a serious relationship.

"There's a lot of travelling, going out, meeting new people, so maybe being single is the way forward.

"To be completely faithful in a relationship, you need to be ready to have that relationship, and I obviously wasn't ready."
