Scott Disick has been blasted online over claims his daughter Penelope is “racist."

The reality star, who shares the six-year-old with Kourtney Kardashian, faced backlash on social media after he shared an image of the famous toddler online.

The snap showed Disick alongside Penelope at an Asian-themed restaurant. Whilst Disick held his chopsticks in his hand, his daughter appeared to pull her eyelids up in a gesture that some users felt mimicked members of the Asian community.

He captioned the post: "Best first date of 2019!"

Outraged social media users slammed Penelope for being “ignorant.”

One user wrote: “Why the F is his daughter doing that? Eating Asian food and being racist??”

Another commented: “The daughter being low key racist.”

A third added: “All that wealth, you’d think some would go towards education on ignorance and cultural sensitivity.”

Whilst another commented: “Racism still exists.”

However, others were quick to defend Penelope telling users she is “just a child.”

One user wrote: “Y’all need to shut up about the ‘racist’ thing. She’s a CHILD let her be.”

Another defended: “You’re crazy as F she’s a little girl making a silly face. She probably doesn’t even know what racism is. Why are picking on a child? Kids do silly things all over the time.”

Standard Online has contacted representatives of Disick for comment.
