Radio 1 DJ in a fluster as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini co-hosts with Greg James

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini sent some Radio One presenters into a fluster yesterday after she spent the afternoon co-hosting.

The newly wed was presenting alongside Greg James on The Greg James show and clearly caused quite a stir.

Fellow DJ Dev was very excited at the prospect of sharing a studio with the X Factor judge and took to Twitter to tell fans.

He tweeted: “Cheryl is sat right behind me in the R1 green room. She smells like rainbows and cupcakes.”

Much to his delight the 32-year-old retweeted the post with a crying with laughter face.

A fan posted an Instagram of the Crazy in Love singer attempting to vertically twerk against a wall. Impressed by her skills, DJ Greg James attempted to emulate her moves, but it didn't quite work.

As well as showcasing her twerking and presenting talent, Fernandez-Versini revealed that she had hoped to keep her wedding to husband Jean Bernard a secret for as long as possible.

She told James: “I would’ve kept it [private and a secret] but unfortunately it was leaked,” before adding, “But I’m glad it’s out there”.
