Countdown presenter Rachel Riley turned heads as she arrived at the Special K Bring Colour Back launch in a black and white selfie dress.

Riley, 29, posed up a storm in the Flo Hughes designed gown, which was fashioned with pictures of women and featured a black train, as she arrived at London’s Hospital Club.

The event was in aid of a campaign between Special K and Chime For Change which aims to raise much-needed awareness for women around the world living without access to basic human rights.

Speaking at the event Riley said: “I’ve been lucky with access to a good education along with great opportunities including Countdown.

"It’s easy to take for granted how privileged we are but many around the world don’t even have access to basic rights. I’m proud to support this amazing campaign and hope my black and white Special K selfie dress will inspire others to upload their own with #BringColourBack.”

She was joined at the event by Ellie Goulding who wrapped up the night with a performance of Love Me Like You Do and her latest single On My Mind as her boyfriend Dougie Poynter looked on from the front row.

Speaking to the crowd she said: “Women around the world are powerful, talented and full of potential.

"By working together to ‘Bring Colour Back’ to those who have been denied education, health and justice, I believe we can make great strides toward equality.”

The night attracted a host of names including Nicola Roberts and her former Girls Aloud band mate Kimberley Walsh, Made In Chelsea stars Louise Thompson and Rosie Fortescue and Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly who, after cheering on Goulding throughout her set, headed to a kebab shop for a portion of chips before setting off home.
