Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have 'only invited three Spice Girls' to Royal wedding 2018
Rumours of a Spice Girls reunion could be well and truly dashed as new reports suggest that only three members of the group have been invited to the Royal wedding.
An insider told the publication: “Only Victoria, Emma and Geri were invited, so clearly, the Spice Girls were never going to perform.”
Page Six have also claimed that The Beckhams are on the guest list as well as Geri Horner and Emma Bunton with both Mels left off.
Back in February, Mel B – Scary Spice – set tongues wagging and raised hopes of a reunion performance at the Royal wedding of Prince Harry to Meghan Markle when she appeared to hint at an invite.
The popstar and America’s Got Talent judge appeared on The Real’s Girl Chat Live and appeared to nod when asked if she knew anybody who was attending.
Her fellow panellists screamed in joy as Mel B exclaimed ‘I don’t know if I should have said that!”.
When asked about an invitation, the 42-year-old continued: “Well, us five Spice Girls did… why am I so honest?”
Loni Love then tried her luck asking the burning question about whether the soon-to-be reunited group would be performing at the ceremony.
Excitedly, she asked: “Maybe you can answer and maybe not, but will the Spice Girls be performing at the reception?”
Mel B remained silent before throwing her cue cards up in the air and joking she “needs to go” because she “will be fired”.
