Summer Monteys-Fullam has quashed claims she 'gatecrashed' a celebrity wedding after one of the grooms reportedly said she was not invited.

The former barmaid, 24, attended the nuptials of make-up artist to the stars Gary Cockerill and television DIY expert Phil Turner, at London's Cafe De Paris.

Posting on Instagram, Monteys-Fullam shared snippets of her preparations for the evening, including pictures of herself trying on dresses and having drinks at the Dorchester hotel in Mayfair.

She later on filmed herself dancing to a remix of Robin S's track Show Me Love.

But after articles about Monteys-Fullam attending the event were published, one of the grooms claimed she was not invited.

According to Metro.co.uk, Turner posted an article about Summer attending their wedding on Facebook alongside the caption: "This girl was not invited to our wedding/Gary's birthday!! I’m disgusted someone who I’ve never met gatecrash our very special night!!"

Monteys-Fullam has now posted about the incident, insisting she was not an uninvited guest.

She wrote on her Instagram story: "I was a plus one and a confirmed plus one. I would never have gatecrashed.

"I attended the evening with my agent...did I mention it was [a] plus one confirmed invite...lol."

Monteys-Fullam's representative confirmed this to Standard Online. She said: "Summer absolutely was MY plus one and Gary knew exactly who was attending with my party. I think it is just miscommunication as we all had a fabulous evening."

Cockerill is a long term friend of Katie Price, 41, having previously worked as her make-up artist.

Price was a bridesmaid for the couple when they had a civil partnership in 2009.

Turner previously worked on renovation television show House Invaders.

Monteys-Fullam recently dated Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood, 53, but the pair broke up over the summer after he reportedly asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

She subsequently launched a legal battle after he posted claims about her on his Instagram page, which she said were false.

According to The Sun, she has since dropped the case.
