Noel Gallagher has hit out at Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, branding him a “communist”.

The High Flying Birds frontman attacked Corbyn, President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong un as he claimed all politicians are “f****** idiots” and “full of s***”.

Speaking to Paste he said: “F*** Jeremy Corbyn. He’s a Communist.”

Taking aim at Trump he said: “Trump’s a…a… I’m not even going to name him. But they [Corbyn and Trump] don’t affect my life. Well, Donald Trump, maybe, because his views on the environment are pretty f****** scary, and that will affect my children.

“But politicians? They’re f****** idiots. They’re economists – that’s all they are. They’re f****** full of s***, and I should know, because I’ve known quite a few of them.”

Gallagher said he avoids watching the news because it’s “boring” and he would rather be oblivious if the world was about to end in nuclear war.

He said: “The news is f****** boring. So if the world is going to end, I don’t want to know about it. I don’t want to watch the run-up to it.

“If the sky is going to catch fire because some little, fat North Korean idiot flies a rocket into it, let it f****** end. I don’t want to know about it. I’d rather be doing something else.”

Gallagher who is currently promoting his latest album, previously hit out at the Conservative party and slammed those complaining about Brexit.

He said: “I can’t believe there’s so much noise about it. You know what I mean? It was put to the people as a vote. The people voted. That’s democracy. F****** get over it.”
