Amber Le Bon looked every inch the rock chick as she joined the great and good of the music world at this year’s NME Awards.

Jumping on the bubble-gum pink hair trend, the 26-year-old debuted her newly dyed locks during Wednesday night’s ceremony at the O2 in Brixton.

The model shared the red carpet with a host of musicians including Wolf Alice, The Maccabees and Charli XCX.

Three quarters of The Libertines, who lead this year’s nominees, put in an appearance at the event, noticeably minus Pete Doherty.

The newly-reformed band has six nominations in total, including Best British Band and Best Live Band, as do Wolf Alice.

Foals are also nominated in a number of categories, including Best Album and Best Track, going head-to-head with The Maccabees.

Stars including Adele, Noel Gallagher, Ed Sheeran, Charli XCX, Florence Welch and Skepta are up for Best British Solo Artist.

At the other end of the spectrum, Prime Minister David Cameron will battle it out with Simon Cowell, Donald Trump, Chris Moyles and George Osborne to win the coveted Villian of the Year.

One Direction and Little Mix will go up against each other for Worst Band.
