Nick Jonas made fun of his new sister-in-law Sophie Turner as he noted a resemblance between himself and Game of Thrones villain Littlefinger.

The musician placed a photo of himself wearing a white suit and a selection of statement rings at last night’s Met Gala alongside a picture of Littlefinger (played by Aidan Gillan).

Sporting similar facial hair and appearing to adopt the master manipulator’s body language, there was a definite resemblance between the two men, which Jonas played upon in his caption.

“Sansa… We must protect the vale,” he wrote, alluding to the character’s interactions with Turner’s Sansa Stark, who he took under his wing in order to consolidate his power in the Seven Kingdoms.

Turner was quick to pick up on her brother-in-law’s Game of Thrones reference, commenting: “Quit trying to manipulate me… ugh I thought you died last season.”

The actress and her husband Joe Jonas made their public debut as a married couple at the Gala, following their surprise Vegas wedding last week.

After the Billboard Music Awards, where the Jonas Brothers performed their comeback single Sucker, Turner and Jonas headed to the Little White Chapel, where they were married with the help of an Elvis impersonator.

The proceedings were attended by a handful of the couple’s famous friends, including Khalid and Diplo, who documented the ceremony on his Instagram Stories, posting clips of the couple exchanging vows.

Country stars Dan and Shay serenaded the newlyweds with their hit Speechless.

Game of Thrones continues on Sky Atlantic on Mondays at 2am and 9pm and is available to stream on demand on NOW TV.
