Naomi Campbell calls off romance with Liam Payne

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has ended her romance with One Direction star Liam Payne.

Naomi called time on the couple's four-month relationship because they were "living different lives."

The Sun said today that Naomi called it off because she had "got a bit bored," according to friends.

A source told the Mirror: "Liam and Naomi had a lot of fun together, they got on well and had a laugh, but it just wasn't meant to be."

"They are going to stay friends - there are no hard feelings with either of them."

The split comes after reports the couple had hooked up and were enjoying "mind-blowing sex."

Rumours about their romance first began when Liam flirted on a picture on Naomi's Instagram account.

He wrote online: "Perfection in a person... don't give me those eyes."

Naomi wrote "beautiful soul" alongside a picture of shirtless Liam.

However after the split, a source told the Sun: "Naomi has taken the decision to let things fizzle out. She’s just not into Liam any more and has cast him aside. Quite simply she got a bit bored.

"He was always the more keen, slightly needy one and, as far as she was concerned, they were never officially an item anyway. It’s always been very casual."

Liam’s mother Karen, 58, had reportedly had doubts about the relationship.

Singer Cheryl, 35, who has a child with Liam, was said to be “devastated” and “stunned” at the news of their romance.
