Mel B has posted photos celebrating her daughter’s graduation with Eddie Murphy’s mother.

The former Spice Girl took to social media to congratulate 11-year-old daughter Angel, who she shares with the Hollywood actor.

Mel B, full name Melanie Brown, posted a series of images of her daughter posing with family and friends on Thursday.

She captioned the image: “Awww congratulations my baby girl Angel, happy graduation my love, my how you have grown up, you are loved soooo sooo much.

“Glad me and your family were there today supporting cheering you on!!!world better watch out she’s a genius!!!! #graduation #proudmum #proudgrandma #specialday.”

In one snap Brown appears cosied up to her daughter whilst donning blue-tint sunglasses and a silk-look white dress.

Another image shows Angel hugging grandma Lillian Murphy, mother to the Nutty Professor actor.

The news comes after speculation arose that Murphy is “not interested” in seeing Angel.

The Spice Girl gave birth to Angel back in 2008 but the actor caused controversy at the time by seeking a paternity test.

It has since been reported in court that Murphy’s lawyer has revealed he is simply “not interested” in Angel.

The claims come as Brown’s ex Stephen Belafonte attempts to be grated step-parent visitation with the child.

Belafonte’s lawyer Grace Jamra supposedly told courts that she has repeatedly attempted to reach Murphy in order to discuss the request, however, has had no direct response.

Brown's ex-husband claimed that her daughter has “called me dad since she started to talk.”

Jamra said: “Mr Murphy has had no contact with the child.”
