Madonna posts rare 'inspirational' photo with all six of her children

Madonna has posted a rare photo with all six of her children.

The Queen of Pop took her brood to Malawi to celebrate the first anniversary of the children’s hospital she founded and named after her daughter Mercy.

Posing in front of a lavish mural, Madonna posed proudly in a stripped dress and hat alongside Lourdes, who she shares with ex Carlos Leon, Rocco, who she shares with Guy Ritchie, Mercy, David and twins Estere and Stella.

Madonna captioned the image: “Tree of Life.... Mercy James Pediatric Hospital! One Year Later! #everythingislove #malawi 🇲🇼 art work by @jacarandaschoolfororphans (sic).”

Fans hailed the family "inspirational" as they thanked Madonna for their "beautiful kindness".

One wrote: "Your family is gorgeous, Madonna!"

Another posted: "Absolutely beautiful family. You’re an amazing person and mom (sic)."

Last year the pop star battled to adopt daughters Estere and Stella.

Celebrating the ruling in her favour, she wrote: “I can officially confirm I have completed the process of adopting twin sisters from Malawi and am overjoyed that they are now part of our family

“I am deeply grateful to all those in Malawi who helped make this possible.”

Judiciary spokesman Mlenga Mvula told Reuters: “The High Court made a ruling that she should go ahead and adopt the two children.

“In fact, at the time we were granting her the permission she was in the courtroom with her lawyers.”

Madonna adopted son David Banda back in 2008 and daughter Mercy James a year later.
