Kate Winslet puts a protective hand over her baby bump as she attends a photocall for her new movie Labor Day at the May Fair Hotel this afternoon. The film has its premiere in Leicester Square tonight.

The 37-year-old actress attended a screening of the film alongside co-star Josh Brolin on Sunday night, opting for a slimming all-black ensemble for the occasion.

Speaking recently about her pregnancy, Kate, who is expecting her first child with husband Ned Rocknroll, told People magazine: 'I feel completely great. Being a parent turns you inside out.

'It completely transforms your life and, of course, your children are your absolute everything.'

Labor Day follows the story of a mother and son who offer a wounded man a ride. By the time the pair learn that the hitchhiker is actually an escaped convict being hunted by the police, they also realise their options have become increasingly limited.
