Ye album: Kanye West shot cover photo on the way to his listening party, reveals Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian has revealed that husband Kanye West shot the cover for his new album on his iPhone while on the way to his listening party.

The reality star took to social media to reveal that West’s upcoming record Ye only secured it’s artwork while the couple were en route to play the record to a set of VIPs on Thursday.

The American rapper teased fans with snaps from his official listening party on Thursday evening in Wyoming. A select number of celebrities including Jonah Hill and Chris Rock were invited for the first listen alongside a campfire setting.

Kardashian tweeted: “Kanye shot the album cover on his iPhone on the way to the album listening party.”

Fans were left shocked by the revelation and flocked to the comments to share their surprise.

One wrote: “is this dropping June 1st 2019 orrrr?”

Another commented: “Yo so it’s the 1st and no album is out. wyd sis.”

A third posted: “I knew that Kanye wouldn't decide his album cover until the last minute.”

While others joked that West spent “all of his money” on the artwork for Pusha T’s album.

The album art struck up controversy after it featured Whitney Houston’s bathroom scattered with drugs.
