Kim Kardashian took centre stage at the E! Upfront preview of the TV network's new season in Manhattan. The pregnant star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which airs on the network, wore a plunging dress in the style of a trench coat. Also on the black and white carpet were her sister Kourtney, Kelly Osbourne and The Wanted.
