Irina Shayk channels her inner Greek goddess for new film Hercules
Russian model Irina Shayk opted for a Herculean inspired look in Los Angeles to promote her new film Hercules.
The 28-year-old, who dates footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, paired her white skater skirt and blouse with black gladiator heels to appear on American show Extra in L.A.
She posed for selfies with former Saved by the Bell star Mario Lopez tweeting: “Selfie time with @mariolopezextra @extratv #hercules movie#la”
The actress plays Hercules wife Megara in the upcoming adaptation of the Greek mythological tale directed by Brett Ratner and adapted from the graphic novel Hercules: The Thracian Wars by Steve Moore.
In an interview with Vogue the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue supermodel said that she feels that the role is perfect for her first film debut and that she feels a connection to the role as her name Irinia is Greek.
She said: “I felt this was something I could definitely handle for my first role.
“Also, my name is Greek, Irina, so I felt attached to the film right away.”
