Hugh Laurie, Ryan Reynolds and Eva Longoria to receive star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Hugh Laurie is set to receive a coveted star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The British actor and musician is one of a number of people who will have their star added to the famous landmark next year.
Well known for medical TV drama House, which ran from 2004-2012, the 57-year-old has become a household name over in the US.
He has also just starred in the popular BBC adaptation of John Le Carre's The Night Manager, opposite Tom Hiddleston.
Others actors and actress to receive the honour include Deadpool’s Ryan Reynolds and former Desperate Housewife Eva Longoria.
Mark Ruffalo is another recipient, following his Oscar nomination this year for his role in the Academy Award-winning Spotlight.
Amy Adams, who is also an Academy Award-nominee, will finally get a star of her own on Hollywood Boulevard.
Other recipients include Goldie Hawn, Chris Pratt and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson.
Musicians to receive the accolade next year are Ice Cube, who recently produced NWA film Straight Outta Compton and John Legend.
Justin Timberlake’s former boyband N*Sync will also be getting a star, although it’s unknown whether or not they will reunite for the ceremony.
