South Korean singer Psy has been involved in a car crash after his Rolls Royce collided with a bus, it's been reported.

The pop star, known for his smash hit Gangnam Style, was reportedly involved in the incident in Hangzhou on Thursday afternoon.

According to Chinese People Magazine, no one was harmed in the collision which happened as the 37-year-old was heading from the airport to his hotel.

In the province to attend a bar launch, Psy - real name Park Jae-sang - was reportedly picked up in a Porsche following the crash.

The star's 2012 pop hit became the first video to hit the one billion views mark on YouTube in December of that year, becoming the most watched on the site, surpassing Justin Bieber's Baby.

Topping the chart in more than 300 countries, becoming the first ever K-pop track to reach number one in the UK.

Psy's follow-up singles Gentlemen and Hangover were successful but failed to top the charts.

According to reports, the singer is currently working on his new album with is slated for release later this year.
