I’m A Celebrity runner-up Emily Atack has made another play for winner Harry Redknapp’s son, Jamie.

Speaking on Lorraine following last night’s final, the former Inbetweeners star joked that the football pundit might be interested after seeing her with “her make-up on.”

“I am sure if he had seen me in action over the last few weeks he might not be up for it,” she said. “But I’ve got my make up on now, so he might be!”

Atack first revealed that she had her sights set on the 45-year-old former footballer earlier in the series, when she quizzed future King of the Jungle Harry about his son’s current relationship status.

“Imagine, Emily Redknapp, I would make a really good daughter in law,” she said. Her fellow contestant appeared to agree, telling her that “there is no doubt” that she would make a “fantastic” addition to the family.

However, after being crowned this season’s winner, he revealed he had thought that Atack would have had “no chance” with his son – until he saw her “all scrubbed up” at the show’s wrap party.

“When I first saw her in the jungle, I thought no chance, but I’ve seen her today when she’s scrubbed up and she looks alright, I’m telling ya,” he said in an appearance on Good Morning Britain.

“She looks good. But when I saw her in the jungle I thought no, you ain’t got a prayer.”

After coming second place in the ITV show, the actress spoke out about learning to accept herself during her time in the jungle. “This place has given me such self-acceptance. I worry about things constantly. I’ve learned to accept who I am,” she told presenters Declan Donnelly and Holly Willoughby. “This is my skin, my hair, this is what I look like.”
