Sophie Ellis-Bextor was joined by husband Richard Jones at the star-studded Crème de la Mer party at Sexy Fish.

The pop star, who gave birth to fourth son Jessie just two months ago, looked stylish in a knee-length black dress as she joined the likes of Millie Mackintosh and Amber Le Bon on Thursday night.

Celebrating the launch of the beauty brand’s new luxury serum, Genaissance de la Mer, the stars settled down for dinner at the new London hotspot.

Art world power couple Polly Morgan and Mat Collishaw put in an appearance at the party, as did Donna Air, Kelly Hoppen and Portia Freeman.

Ellis-Bextor announced the arrival of her newborn son back in November, writing on Twitter: “He's here! Baby Jesse Jones, born on Tuesday 3rd November and now home safe with his family.

“We are all a bit smitten. Welcome to the world, darling boy. Xx.”

Proving that she knows how to multitask, the 36-year-old has just announced that she’s already working on her sixth studio album and is just about to start recording.

“Last song written. Next stop - rehearsals! #album6 #whatthehellshouldicallit ,” she wrote on Tuesday.

Speaking to Hello magazine about spending time with newborn Jessie, Ellis-Bextor recently said:

“Having had three children before, I'm aware of how quickly these early weeks go by.

"The relationship I have with Jesse is symbiotic; just as he's coming to terms with the fact we're not attached any more, the same transition is happening for me.

“I need this bonding time with Jesse and Richard understands that.”
