Natalia Kills slammed an X Factor New Zealand hopeful for having no “respect [for] creative integrity” - but it looks as though her own style mirrors Cleopatra, Lady Gaga and even Dora the Explorer.

Kills was axed from the show after she branded contestant Joe Irvine "disgusting" and a “laughing stock” for copying her husband William Moon’s style.

Kills, 25 – whose real name is Natalia Noemi Cappuccini-Sinclair - said: “Ladies and gentlemen, I'm just going to state the obvious, we have a doppelgänger in our midst.

“As an artist who respects creative integrity and intellectual property, I am disgusted at how much you've copied my husband.

“You're a laughing stock. It's cheesy, it's disgusting. I personally found it absolutely artistically atrocious.”

Social media users were quick to post pictures which looked to undermine Kills’ own belief that artists who respect creative integrity wouldn’t copy other artists’ styles.

One user tweeted a picture of the Bradford born singer next to one of an angry looking Dora the Explorer alongside the caption: “Hey @NataliaKills Dora The Explorer wants HER hair back, she’s disgusted!”

Another compared her to Jessie J and famous psychic Mystic Meg, tweeting a picture of the three with the caption: “we have a doppelganger in our midst.”

Others compared her hair to Madonna, writing: "@NataliaKills ...@madonna just called, she wants her look back."Artistic integrity" really?? #xfactornz."
