Dawn O’Porter and Chris O’Dowd are expecting their first child.
The TV presenter and her actor husband took to Twitter to reveal their exciting news as they took part in the ALS Ice Bucket challenge last night.
After Chris bravely threw the ice water over his head, he nominated IT Crowd writer Graham Linehan, co-star Richard Ayoade and ‘Baby O’Porter’.

Dawn then poured a small cup of water over her growing baby bump.
After Chris shared the video on his Twitter account, Dawn took to hers to confirm the news, tweeting: "Thought we'd better mention it, before I got O'Busted (sic)!"
The couple were married in a low-key ceremony back in 2012 after meeting at bob haired Dawn’s 30th birthday party in Los Angeles.
The star of Channel 4's The Vintage Clothes Show has previously commented on starting a family, admitting: “I think it's a really natural question to ask and I totally understand why people do. But I get slightly shirty because Chris could do seven interviews on the trot and not get asked once about me or if we're going to have kids.”
