Big Brother host Emma Willis was left “terrified” after she was made to walk the plank outside BBC Broadcasting House.

The Big Brother host took part in the stunt alongside The One Show presenters Alex Jones and Matt Baker to celebrate the launch of new BBC1 game show, Prized Apart.

The trio were all challenged to take part in the Leap Of Faith which involved jumping off a 30 metre high platform and grabbing onto a trapeze suspended in front of them.

Their challenge was to hold on to the trapeze as long as possible before plummeting onto the piazza below.

Willis – who will present the new Saturday night show with Reggie Yates – said: "That was terrifying! I don't know how the Prized Apart contestants did it week after week.

"Don't think my nerves could stomach another stunt like that any time soon!"

Jones added: "It looked terrifying and felt even worse, the thought of combining walking the plank and the trapeze was breath-taking - especially at that height!

"The winners of Prized Apart deserve £100,000 and more!"

Prized Apart starts this Saturday on BBC1 at 7pm.
