Ariana Grande has reportedly split from her boyfriend Mac Miller due to busy work schedules.

The US pop star is yet to confirm the break up, but sources suggest that the pair have called time on their 18-month romance just as Grande gears up to release new music.

According to TMZ, the 24-year-old star has ‘quietly’ split from the rapper but the pair still ‘love each other dearly’.

The pair were last spotted together at Madonna’s Oscars afterparty back in March, with Grande attending last weekend’s Met Gala solo.

Grande and Miller stated dating back in 2016 and the pair frequently collaborated on music together, with the singer’s tracks Into You and The Way featuring the rapper.

Miller supported Grande during the aftermath of the Manchester Arena terror attacks last year and returned to the city with her to perform at the One Love benefit concert.

He tweeted his congratulations after Grande released her comeback single, No Tears Left to Cry, last month.

He wrote: “Very proud of this girl right here. Welcome back. We missed you. One of a kind.”

Speaking recently on Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, Miller said: “Just because we are two people who are in love and have a great relationship doesn't mean I am going to get weird about this incredible music we make.

“I'm here to talk about music and I happen to be in a fantastic relationship with someone I also enjoy making music with so those lines can get blurred very easily on what I am here trying to do.”

Grande is set to open the Billboard Music Awards on May 20 and will release her album, Sweetener, in July.

Evening Standard has contacted Grande and Miller’s representatives for comment.
