Ariana Grande has shared hilarious unseen footage from her Thank U, Next music video, including a deleted scene which parodies Legally Blonde and out-takes from Kris Jenner’s Mean Girls homage.

The singer revealed her plans to share the footage with her Twitter followers, telling them that she was “trying to get u [sic] something fun either tonight or tomorrow.” She later confirmed that she would be posting “deleted scenes / bloopers” from her hit video, which parodied teen movies of the 90s and 00s including Bring It On.

The four minute video includes a clip that didn’t make director Hannah Lux Davis’ final cut, in which Grande and actress Jennifer Coolidge recreate another memorable moment from Legally Blonde.

In the scene, Coolidge’s character Paulette visits her ex-boyfriend’s trailer in order to retrieve the beloved pet dog he has stolen from her, with Grande stepping into the role of wannabe attorney Elle Woods, who was played by Reese Witherspoon in the 2001 film.

The clip also features blooper footage of Kris Jenner, who stole the show in the original video with her impression of Regina George’s over-enthusiastic mother in the Christmas dance sequence from Mean Girls – a role originally played by Amy Poehler.

In one outtake, the reality star tells another ‘parent’ in the audience: “When I was raising Ariana I always told her that if a guy ever f**** with her, she should just say ‘thank you, next.” Other blooper clips feature Grande’s friends – YouTuber Colleen Ballinger, fellow musician Troye Sivan and former Victorious co-star Matt Bennett.

It was confirmed yesterday that Grande will headline Coachella festival in April, along with Childish Gambino and Tame Impala.

“Humbled and excited as hell Coachella. Thank u,” she tweeted shortly after the announcement.
