Adele paid tribute to her three-year-old son Angelo during her latest show at the O2.

The chart-topper, who celebrated a couple’s engagement on stage on Tuesday night, gave an emotional shout-out to her son on Wednesday.

Stopping midway through a performance of Someone Like You, she told the crowd that it was the first time that the little one had seen her perform on stage.

“This is the first show my baby boy has seen me do. I love you so much Peanut,” she said.

The evening before, Adele had cut short Make You Feel My Love when she spotted a man proposing to his girlfriend in the crowd.

“They just got married. I think they just got engaged,” she said before inviting them on stage.

The 27-year-old, who is in the middle of the London leg of her tour, has been ‘in isolation’ when she’s not on stage to preserve her voice.

She told The Mirror: “I’ve basically been in isolation because I don’t want to get ill. I didn’t want to take a chance with my voice.

“I’ve been taking echinacea four times a day. I’ve been on the Beroccas.

“I’m on a really strict regime. Basically, I’m living on leaves but I do get to eat pasta before the show because it gives me energy for when I get on stage.”
