Abbey Clancy has undergone a drastic makeover for Macmillan Cancer's Shave or Style campaign.

The model, along with singer Nina Nesbitt and TV presenter Gethin Jones, tried the new do as part of a photo shoot with Rankin to raise awareness for the charity.

The campaign calls for the public to try a new hair style, in a bid to raise money for the charity.

Speaking about her involvement with the shoot, Abbey said: "When Macmillan asked what style I wanted to trial for the Rankin Shave or Style shoot, I knew I wanted to try something really different that people wouldn't immediately recognise as 'me'.”

Indie singer Nina Nesbitt said: “I loved being part of the Rankin shoot for Macmillan's Shave or Style. I'd feel like a completely different person without my blonde hair - I even named my album, Peroxide, after it! - so it's been so cool to try something different and it's such an easy way to help people affected by cancer.”

Gethin Jones added:“Girls think they have all the fun when it comes to trialling new hair styles but Shave or Style for Macmillan is a great opportunity to prove that wrong! We went for the Clark Kent inspired look for this Rankin shoot, I'm just waiting to turn into superman now! But the true superheroes to me are those facing cancer.”

To take part in Shave or Style and stand proudly alongside those affected by cancer facing physical changes, Macmillan is asking people to either brave a shave; encouraging friends and family to sponsor, or trial a style. Share a photo on social media before texting STYLE to 70550 to give £3.
