Nicola Peltz Beckham has been seeking comfort in her family after admitting she was going through a difficult time in an emotional post shared to her Instagram at the weekend.

The Transformers actress, 27, sparked concern on Saturday after uploading a picture of her crying in bed alongside a close-up of her eyes looking puffy as spoke of people who “make you feel bad”.

Peltz Beckham went on to explain how she found it hard to “show the sad bits of me” and how her upbringing helped her to not let “people bring me down or hurt my heart”.

She said the purpose of the post was to show her vulnerable side as she told her followers: “We all have days where people make you feel bad and it’s okay to be hurt by it.”

Her supportive husband Brooklyn, 23, replied with a stream of love hearts as he told her: “You have the most amazing heart xx I love you so so much xx”

The following day, she shared another photo of herself, this time wearing dark sunglasses while sat in a car.

She captioned the image: “Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your messages. It means so much to me. Sending you all my love and light your way kindness is such a powerful thing.”

The US star also posted a snap of herself hugging her father, Nelson Peltz, writing: “Thank you for always having my back I love you so much dad.”

On Monday she enjoyed some quality time hanging out with her grandmother.

In the picture, she can be seen laying back on the sofa with her elder relative while lovingly holding her hand.

“My bestie right here,” she wrote. “Her laugh is so contagious, it’s my favorite sound in the whole world. I wish she lived with me in LA and I could take her everywhere and hold her hand forever. I’m so so blessed she’s my naunni I LOVE YOU BUN.”

Peltz-Beckham has not addressed what upset her, but it comes amid reports that she is locked in a feud with her mother-in-law, former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer Victoria Beckham.

Despite both families coming together to celebrate Brooklyn and Nicola’s wedding in April at her dad’s mansion in Florida, relations between Nicola and Victoria are said to have turned frosty after she criticised Brooklyn’s parents in an interview with Tatler in June.
