Britney Spears paints along to classical soundtrack in bizarre Instagam video

Britney Spears has showed off her art skills in a bizarre video showing the scantily clad singer painting in her garden.

Wearing a white crop top, shorts and running trainers, the Me Against the Music star paints flowers while listening to classic music.

Britney, who is currently performing a string of shows in Las Vegas, first appears wearing a striped, paint-splattered shirt before being captured in a sheer sleeveless number.

The clip, watched by more than 3 million people on Instagram, appeared on the singer’s account with the caption ‘Sometimes you just gotta play!’ followed by a stream of emojis including an artist’s palette, high heels and a unicorn.

She is seen painting abstract flowers and colourful swirls in the garden of her multi-million dollar mansion.

Fans took to the photo sharing site to hail Britney “the queen of painting” and an “icon”.

Others discussed the video on Twitter.
