Tributes continued to pour in yesterday for Auf Wiedersehen Pet actor Pat Roach.

The wrestler-turned-actor lost his battle against throat cancer on Saturday, aged 61.

Close friend Billy Sutton, who grew up with him in Birmingham, added: 'Pat was a gentle giant, big physically but also big in terms of stature and humility. This is a very sad day.'
