Brad Pitt refused to kiss Angelina Jolie when she was dressed as a man.

The stunning actress - who raises six children, Maddox, nine, Pax, six, Zahara, five, Shiloh, four, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, with the heartthrob actor - had to don a masculine disguise for her new action movie 'Salt' but admitted neither her partner or her eldest son were impressed with the look.

Speaking at the gala premiere of 'Salt' at the Empire Cinema in London's Leicester Square, Angelina said: "Maddox was freaked out. I invited him to come and say hi to me and I didn't tell him who I was. He came down shook my hand and hung out with me for a while and then I said, 'Mad' and he screamed, 'Mom!'. He totally freaked out. And Brad couldn't even kiss me!"

Angelina has left her four older children in the care of their father and has been accompanied on her trip to the UK by Knox and Vivienne and hinted the children could yet have another brother or sister.

When asked if she would like to add to her family, she replied: "Oh I don't know, but I'm open to it."

The Hollywood star also pledged to "do what she can" for flood-ravaged Pakistan.

She was asked what she would do in her role as goodwill ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

"I'm doing what I can. I'm talking to Ambassador [Richard] Holbrooke, the UN and people on the ground about how we can spend our money," she said.

Jolie, who arrived without long-term partner Brad Pitt, added: "It's unravelling every minute, it seems to be getting worse so we're trying to keep track of it."

The Changeling star is considering all her options and listening to advisers.

"A lot of people say it is important to visit but maybe in a month or two when the cameras go away - we don't know when is the best time.

"We're just going to keep on it and listen and take advice from the people on the ground as to what is best to do."

Shimmering in a silver sequinned floor-length gown by Amanda Wakeley and Salvatore Ferragamo heels, Jolie thanked the thousands of fans who had waited for her - some camped out for 27 hours.
