What a load of tush: twerkers gather in New York to set Guinness World Record

Women gathered in their hundreds in New York to try to set a Guinness World Record for the largest number of people twerking together in one place. Believe it or not, twerking has been around since the late Eighties - but only recently really risen to prominence with that famous Miley Cyrus moment. Even the Urban Dictionary has trouble defining it, but basically it means shaking your backside - furiously and rhythmically, sometimes while bent over or crouching - and always with a lot of help from your hips.
