Michael Jackson used his businesses to lure and seduce children, claims celeb choreographer

New claims: Michael Jackson allegedly abused Wade Robson, court papers state

Michael Jackson orchestrated the most sophisticated child sex abuse operation “the world has ever known” to lure unsuspecting boys to his Neverland Ranch, according to a new lawsuit filed by one of the late singer’s alleged victims.

Celebrity choreographer Wade Robson, who claims Jackson first abused him when he was seven, alleges the King of Pop systematically sought to seduce children.

And in an amended complaint filed in Los Angeles, the former dancer, who has worked with stars such as Britney Spears and boy band NSync, claims that two of Jackson’s entertainment companies played a key role in the operation.

Robson, now 33, is seeking to pursue new negligence claims against MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures, two companies he sued in 2013.

In court papers, he alleges that Jackson, who died in 2009 aged 50, and his inner circle “designed, developed and operated what is likely the most sophisticated public child sexual abuse procurement and facilitation organisation the world has known”.

Robson’s lawyer, Vince Finaldi, claims in the revised complaint that Jackson hid behind his two entertainment companies and let them do his dirty work.

“MJJ Productions and MJJ Ventures were held out to the public to be businesses dedicated to creating and distributing multimedia entertainment by Michael Jackson, however, in fact, they actually served dual purposes,” writes Finaldi.

“The thinly veiled, covert second purpose of these businesses was to operate as a child sexual abuse operation, specifically designed to locate, attract, lure and seduce child sexual abuse victims,” he claims.

Robson claims he first met Jackson when he was five after winning a talent contest in his native Australia.

Two years later, his parents contacted Jackson while on a trip to California and the family was invited to Neverland, where Robson says he slept in the singer’s bed while his mother and father stayed in guest quarters.

Robson alleges he was first abused by Jackson that weekend.

The amended complaint accuses Jackson’s companies of breaching their duty to take reasonable protective measures to protect minor children in their charge.

During Jackson’s 2005 molestation trial, Robson testified he had not been abused by the star, who he looked upon as a father figure.

But he recanted after undergoing years of therapy and sued Jackson’s companies after a judge ruled three years ago that he had waited too long to seek justice.

A source in Jackson’s camp was reported as saying the new lawsuit was “too silly” to warrant a comment. The trial is scheduled for March 13, 2017.
