Goat yoga class stunned as animal taking part gives birth to twins during session

Fitness fans at a goat yoga class enjoyed an extra surprise when one of the animals gave birth to twins on a mat during a session.

The nanny goat went into labour in the middle of a class in which people perform yoga poses while the farm animals climb on them.

One member of the Red Wagon Goats class was forced to give up her mat to allow Tassi to deliver babies Storm and Sue-Anna during a fundraising event at a park in Suwanee, Georgia.

Megan Kibby, co-owner of Red Wagon Goats, said she was delighted by the new arrivals.

Business partner Jason Lewis told the New York Times he had attempted to take the goat to a trailer to give birth but was too late.

Adorable images posted on the company’s Facebook page show the new mum sniffing her kids as they lie on a yoga mat.

Goat yoga took off in the US in 2016 following a surge in searches for the critters on Instagram.
