Kent bus driver threatened and abused by passenger annoyed by delay

A Kent bus driver was abused and threatened by a passenger local police have said as they appeal for information.

According to Kent Police, the incident occurred around 5pm on May 10 on an Arriva bus in King Street, Maidstone.

Once on the bus, the passenger is said to have become angry after the vehicle became delayed.

The passenger then struck the protective screen in front of the driver before then abusing and threatening to hurt him.

Kent Police have since released CCTV images of a man they wish to identify.
