Incredible video footage shows how two pilots flew a British Airways plane through severe fog to reach Gatwick Airport.

The pair were faced with the intense weather conditions after a six hour flight from Bermuda on their Boeing 777-200 jet.

They successfully landed the aircraft, which was carrying about 280 passengers, despite battling with near-zero visibility.

The footage was reportedly filmed in 2011 and shared on YouTube but has recently resurfaced online.

YouTube users appeared impressed with the pilots' skilful landing.

One said: "That is ridiculous how low visibility is!!!"

Another wrote: "That was awesome".
