En route back the UK: Grace Taylor
Sebastian Mann24 February 2016

A British backpacker whose disappearance in Thailand sparked a global social media campaign is due to return home to the UK today.

Grace Taylor, 21, from Dorset, was said to be “extremely disturbed” when she was found at Krabi Airport on Tuesday.

She was due to catch a flight back home on Wednesday afternoon, Dorset Police said.

It came after her desperately worried mother Sam Taylor launched an online appeal to find her daughter.

In a widely-shared Facebook post, she said Grace had gone missing. In recent sightings she was described as “disorientated and not in a good mental state”.

When she was found by police she was apparently “blowing a whistle and refusing to talk to anybody”.
