Jade Goody's husband is facing another prison sentence after being convicted of assaulting a taxi driver.
Jack Tweed, 21, of Buckhurst Hill, Essex, was found guilty of attacking Stephen Wilkins in Epping last May.
Magistrates in the town were told that Tweed grabbed Mr Wilkins around the neck and threatened to stab him as the taxi was travelling at about 50mph.
Tweed, who denied the offence, said he was "stupid drunk" and had no memory of the incident.
His defence lawyer Tania Panagiotopoulou told the court Tweed accepts his behaviour in the taxi had been "rowdy and reprehensible", although he denied threatening to use or using violence.
She added that Tweed's lifestyle has changed since Goody became ill, and his "partying" days are over.
She urged magistrates to suspend sentencing because Goody has "less than four weeks to live".
Tweed, who wept in the dock as the guilty verdict was delivered, was released on unconditional bail until sentencing on March 26, but magistrates warned him they will consider a custodial sentence.
It is the second time in six months that he has been convicted of assault.
Last September, he was given an 18-month prison term after being found guilty of attacking a 16-year-old boy with a golf club in Ongar, Essex. He was released from prison on licence in January and was ordered to wear a monitoring tag and obey a curfew.
